I can't handle stress much at all! my body gets soooo reactive! I get hot, faint, nervous, and takes a looooong time to "settle" down so I try to avoid it at all costs!!!

I think those of us in menopause or perimenopause have a harder time with stress. It makes our face red, we feel jittery and get insomnia sometimes or even explode at little things. I think it's important to include exercise, meditation and some spiritual reading into our lives, especially at this life-change stage.

God Bless,
Violet~

I am not handling stress well at all. I get panicky, nervous, stomach problems etc. This has gotten so much worse for me since I am going through menopause. I wish it was over with so I could get back with my life!
